Description:

Eye-SHadow is an open space eye safe receiver designed for laser Range finding equipment.

Fast recovery (300nsec @ 1w) and high sensitivity (40nw) allows ranging to close objects and long range performance.

This ultra low-noise optical receiver is compatible with PIN or APD photodiode.

Its transimpedance gain is 1Meg ohms (can be modified to fit the application) and its

Bandwidth is 23Mhz.

High speed comparator is included witch provide digital output.

Sensitivity: 40nw typical @ 20nsec pulse width, 90% detection 0.1% FAR, 25°c

Time programmed gain (TPG)

1/R² law operates from minimum range of ~10m to 1km.

Minimum range of ~50m with 1w To pulse.

To PULSE :> 1w or pull output to zero for 100nsec.

Minimum range: 50m with 1w.

Target discrimination <30m

Operating temperature:-40 °c to +85°c
